General characteristics. Structure:

Main physical and chemical properties: solid gelatin capsules with the yellow opaque case and a green opaque lid; capsule contents – mix of powder of yellowy-brown color with a specific smell with dark and light inclusions; availability of agglomerates of particles is allowed;
structure: 1 capsule contains phenolic hydrophobic drug of propolis in terms of 100% the maintenance of the sum of phenolic connections of 60 mg, pollen of flower 100 mg; excipients: silicon dioxide colloid anhydrous, cellulose microcrystallic.

Pharmacological properties:

Pharmacodynamics. The beekeeping product-based complex drug containing the phenolic hydrophobic drug of propolis (PHDP) and pollen flower. Flavonoids (апигенин, лютеолин, робиданол), flavanols (meletin, кемпферол), oxycoumarins, fenolokarbonovy acids are a part of FGPP. Pollen flower contains proteins and free amino acids, nucleic acids, lipidic components (triglycerides, phospholipids, unsaturated fatty acids), phytosterols, vitamins (? - carotene, E, C, B1, B2, PP, etc.), macro - and microelements (potassium, calcium, magnesium, iron, zinc, copper, cobalt, phosphorus, manganese, sulfur, silver, nickel, sodium, chlorine, etc.), phenolic connections (catechins, flavonoids, anthocyans, leykoantotsiana, aurona, chalcones and phenolic acids), phytohormones (brasin), carbohydrates (preferential fructose and glucose), enzymes. The composition of drug causes a wide range of its pharmacological properties: the antiinflammatory, antioxidant, membranoprotektorny, anesthetizing, reparative activity and corrective influence on the level of androgens. Pharmacological effects of FGPP and pollen flower provide influence on the main links of a pathogeny of prostatitis: regenerations of cells of a prostate promote, reduce pain and weaken inflammatory reaction.
Drug has no toxic effect on a spermatogenesis. Does not influence cellular and humoral links of immunity, do not show local irritative, mutagen, cumulative, ulcerogenic action. Drug does not influence secretory activity of glands of a stomach and does not show toxic action on function of vitals and systems of an organism at prolonged use.

Indications to use:

Acute and chronic bacterial prostatitis - as a part of complex therapy; chronic abacterial prostatitis, syndrome of inflammatory chronic pelvic pain, syndrome of noninflammatory chronic pelvic pain (prostatodynia), asymptomatic inflammatory prostatitis. Prevention of a recurrence of acute and chronic prostatitis.

Route of administration and doses:

Drug is appointed the adult.
Drug is accepted in 30 min. prior to food as linkng of drug with proteins of food and organic acids is possible.
At acute bacterial prostatitis accept 2 capsules 3 times a day for 1 month. If necessary the course of treatment can be continued. At chronic bacterial prostatitis, chronic abacterial prostatitis, a syndrome of inflammatory chronic pelvic pain, a syndrome of noninflammatory chronic pelvic pain (prostatodynia), asymptomatic inflammatory prostatitis accept 2 capsules 3 times a day for 2 months. If necessary in 2 weeks of a break the course of treatment can be repeated.
For prevention of a recurrence of acute and chronic prostatitis accept on 1 capsule 3 times a day within 3-4 weeks 3 - 4 times a year.

Features of use:

Before an initiation of treatment drug it is necessary to exclude existence of a malignant new growth in a prostate.

Side effects:

Nausea is possible.

Interaction with other medicines:

In need of combined use of drug with other medicines (which part heavy metals, for example, the antiacid means are) capable to form with it complexes, it is necessary to accept drugs with an interval not less than 30 min. for the prevention of interaction.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity (allergy) to any of drug components. Children's age.

Overdose:

Significant increase in a dose at prolonged use can cause allergic reaction and nausea.
Treatment - symptomatic.

Storage conditions:

To store in the unavailable to children, dry, protected from light place at a temperature from 8 °C to 25 °C.
Period of validity - 2 years.
