Pharmacological properties:

Pharmacodynamics. Ингарон®-recombinant interferon scale of the person, consists of 144 amino-acid remains (and. lake), it is deprived of the first three and. the lake of Cys-Tyr-Cys replaced with Met. Interferon scale (immune interferon) is the major pro-inflammatory cytokine which producers in a human body are natural killerny cells, CD4 Th1 of a cell and CD8 cytocidal suppressor cells. To interferon scale macrophages, neutrophils, natural killerny cells, cytotoxic T lymphocytes have receptors. Activates effector functions of these cells, in particular them микробоцидностъ, cytotoxicity, products them cytokines, superoxidic and nitrooxidic radicals (thereby causing death of intracellular parasites). Interferon scale blocks replication of virus DNA and RNA, synthesis of virus proteins and assembly of mature virus particles. At the same time causes cytotoxic action on a virus - the infected cells.

Inhibits the V-cellular answer on interleykin-4, suppresses products of IgE and an expression of CD23 antigen. Is the inductor of apoptosis of the differentiated V-cells, originative to autoreactive clones. Cancels suppressive effect interleykina-4 on interleykin-2-dependent proliferation and generation lymphokine of the activated killers. Activates products of proteins of an acute phase of an inflammation, strengthens an expression of genes of C2 and C4 of components of system of a complement.

Unlike other interferon raises an expression of GKGS antigens as I and II classes on different cells, and induces an expression of these molecules even on those cells which do not express them konstitutivno. Thereby efficiency of the presentation of antigens and ability of their recognition by T lymphocytes increases.

Interferon scale blocks synthesis β-TGF, a pneumosclerosis, responsible for development, and a liver.

Indications to use:

Prevention and treatment (as a part of complex therapy) flu.

Route of administration and doses:

Intranazalno. Contents of a bottle are dissolved in 5 ml of water for injections. At the first symptoms of a disease of flu, SARS on 2 drops in each nasal course after a toilet of the nasal courses of 5 times a day within 5-7 days.

For prevention of a SARS and flu at contact with the patient and/or when overcooling 2-3 drops in each nasal course every other day in 30 minutes prior to a breakfast within 10 days. In case of need preventive courses are repeated. At single contact one instillation suffices.

After an instillation it is recommended to massage fingers nose wings within several minutes for hypodispersion of drug in a nasal cavity.

Contraindications:

Individual intolerance of interferon scale or any other component of drug. Pregnancy. Children's age (7 years are younger).

Storage conditions:

To store in dry, protected from light and the place, unavailable to children, at a temperature not over +25 ºС. To store solution of drug no more than 10 days in the refrigerator (not to freeze). A period of validity - 2 years. Not to use after expiry date.
