General characteristics. Structure:

Active ingredients: dimetindena maleate; Phenylephrinum gidrokhlorid1 the ml of drug contains: a dimetindena of a maleate of 0,25 mg, hydrochloride Phenylephrinum in terms of Phenylephrinum of 2,5 mg; Excipients: citric acid, monosodium hydrate hydrophosphate anhydrous sorbite (Е 420); benzalkoniya chloride; peppermint oil, the water purified.

Pharmacological properties:

Gripotsitron RINIS - the combined drug containing Phenylephrinum and диметинден.

Fenilefrin belongs to sympathomimetic amines. Indications to use:

Symptomatic treatment of cold, congestion of a nose, acute and chronic rhinitises, seasonal (hay fever) and nonseasonal allergic rhinitis, acute and chronic sinusitis, vasculomotor rhinitises. Auxiliary therapy at acute average otitis.

Preparation for surgical intervention in a nose and elimination of a rhinedema and adnexal bosoms after surgical intervention.

Route of administration and doses:

Before administration of drug it is necessary to clean a nose carefully. Adults and children are more senior than 6 years. On 1-2 injections in each nasal course 3-4 times a day. The sprayer should be held vertically, the sprayer up. Drug is not recommended to be used during pregnancy and feeding by a breast.

Overdose:

At accidental administration of drug by small children it is not recorded any serious side effects. The majority of cases symptomless, is very rare - fatigue, a stomach ache, poorly expressed tachycardia, increase in the ABP, excitement, sleeplessness, pallor of integuments.
