Fitonsol

General characteristics. Structure:

Active ingredients: 30 mg of roots of a ginseng, 250 mg of roots of a glycyrrhiza.

Pharmacological properties:

Pharmacodynamics. The tablets "Fitonsol" concern to pharmakoterapevtichesky group of all-tonic, adaptogenny means. The biological effect of drug is caused by existence of panaksozid, triterpenoid, flavonoids, tannins, sterols and other organic and inorganic components of plants.

Has adaptogenny and fortifying properties. Increases physical endurance, promotes preservation and maintenance at big exercise stresses, has an antiinflammatory, gastroprotektorny, immunopromoting effect.

Indications to use:

The tablets "Fitonsol" apply at adults as treatment-and-prophylactic adaptogenny and fortifying means, at intensive and long psychological loadings for the purpose of a bystry and complete recovery of working capacity, at asthenic manifestations of various genesis, in the period of reconvalescence after chronic diseases, at patients with initial manifestations of insufficiency of cerebral circulation (decrease in working capacity, increased fatigue, disturbances of memory and attention).

Drug is used also for prevention and stopping of side effect of the non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and other drugs causing dispeptic frustration.

Route of administration and doses:

Accept inside 1 — 2 tablet 1 — 2 times a day, in the first half of day after food. Course duration — 2 — 3 weeks. Repeated courses of treatment or preventive reception, if necessary after consultation with the doctor are possible.

Features of use:

Drug does not influence ability to manage vehicles. Does not treat doping means and does not cause accustoming.

Precautionary measures. It is necessary to consider that at certain patients drug withdrawal can be followed by hypotension, weakness, a tremor. It is not necessary to accept along with drugs from group of psychostimulants.

Side effects:

At prolonged use, as well as when using in the doses exceeding recommended increase in arterial pressure is possible.

Interaction with other medicines:

Drug strengthens hypertensive effect of medicines.

Perhaps joint appointment with the immunostimulating drugs of a plant origin, vitamins, honey. Strengthening of effects at purpose of drugs from group of psychostimulants can be observed.

Contraindications:

The increased nervous irritability, hypertensia, disturbances of cordial activity, the expressed atherosclerosis, sleeplessness, pregnancy, the lactation period, general diseases at which use of immunoexcitants is not recommended. It is contraindicated to children up to 12 years.

Overdose:

Symptoms: the overdose is shown by sleeplessness, a headache, nervousness, nausea, vomiting, emergence of hypostases, a hypopotassemia.

Treatment in case of overdose symptomatic (there is no specific antidote).
