General characteristics. Structure:

Active components:

MM polyethyleneglycol 4000 - 12,0g 
Sodium sulfate anhydrous - 1,0g
Natrii hydrocarbonas - 0,6g
Sodium chloride - 0,2g
Potassium chloride - 0,2g

Indications to use:

Preparation for endoscopic or X-ray inspection of a large intestine, and also for the operative measures demanding lack of contents in intestines (surgeries in gastroenterology, a proctology, gynecology, etc.)

Route of administration and doses:

1 bag of drug is parted in 1 glass of water (200 ml) of room temperature.
Accept solution on 200 ml in 20-30 min. More bystry reception of single doses (in 10-15 min.) causes acceleration of effect of washing and improvement of quality of preparation.
In 1-1,5 hours after administration of drug the chair will appear!
To in total accept 3 liters of solution.
In day of carrying out a research it is possible to drink any liquid (water, juice, a fruit drink, tea, etc.) in
a small amount and not later than 2 hours prior to the research.

 There are two ways of a drug dosing:

1) if the research is appointed to 8-9 o'clock in the morning, then reception of 3 l of solution of drug should be carried out from 16.00-21.00 o'clock the night before.
2) if the research is appointed to 11-12 hours and later, then the total dose is divided into 2 receptions: 2 l - from 18:00 till 21:00 o'clock, and 1 l in the morning from 6:00 till 7:00 o'clock.

Side effects:

Nausea and vomiting, feeling of weight and discomfort at reception of the first doses of drug are in rare instances possible.

Contraindications:

The expressed disturbances of the general condition of the patient (including dehydration, heart failure), intestinal impassability, a toxic megacolon, a gastrostenosis, perforation of a stomach or intestines, digestive tract erosive cankers, a renal failure.

Storage conditions:

Period of validity: 3 years. Not to apply after the period of validity specified on packaging.
