Chemerichny water

General characteristics. Structure:

Active ingredients: 100 ml of chemerichny water contain - rhizomes with roots of the false hellebore received on ethanol of 70% (about/about); 50 ml of tincture (1:10); excipients: the water purified ethanol.

Pharmacological properties:

Pharmacodynamics. Drug for treatment of a pediculosis. Has antiparasitic effect (on louses and the nits localized on pilar parts of the head and a pubis, and also on clothes). Contains in quality of the main pharmacological of active connections the alkaloids which are a part of roots and rhizomes of a false hellebore. The mechanism of effect of drug is caused by influence on smooth muscles of intestines of parasites, at the same time their ability to eat and breed is broken. Besides, drug at external use improves growth of hair, has weak soothing, antibacterial effect.

Pharmacokinetics. At external use the alkaloids which are a part of drug are practically not soaked up and do not give resorptive action or it is insignificant. However at long use and active rubbing in they can partially get into skin to very deep fabrics and render resorptive effects.

Indications to use:

Pediculosis of a pilar part of the head and pubis.

Route of administration and doses:

Before use of Chemerichnuyu water needs to be shaken up. Drug is applied on carefully washed up wet hair with a cotton or gauze plug. Then the head is tied a kerchief then wash hands with soap. In 30 min. hair wash out several times warm flowing water, and then wash hair with soap or shampoo. After washing it is recommended to comb hair a dense hairbrush for removal of the died louses and nits. During use of drug it is necessary to be careful.

Features of use:

In order to avoid repeated infection it is necessary to carry out disinfection of next-to-skin and bed linen along with use of drug.

Use during pregnancy or feeding by a breast. Data on safe and effective use of Chemerichny water during the periods of pregnancy or feeding by a breast are absent. Therefore during these periods drug is not appointed.

Children. Safety and efficiency of use of drug for children are not established therefore children are not recommended to use without appointment of the doctor drug up to 12 years.

Special security measures. Chemerichny water is used only outwardly on the unimpaired skin. At use of drug it is necessary to adhere to care and not to allow hit on mucous membranes, in eyes, on wound surfaces because of danger of manifestation of resorptive action. It is necessary to remember high toxicity of drug at hit to the gastric highway and a circulatory bed. In case of hit on a mucous membrane of eyes - it is plentiful to wash out eyes water. 

Side effects:

Allergic reactions in the form of a skin itch, an erythema. At accidental hit of drug nausea, vomiting and allergic reactions are inside possible.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to drug components. The infected damages of skin.

Overdose:

At long use and exceeding of the recommended drug doses the alkaloids which are a part of drug can cause the resorptive effects which are shown in the form of hypotensive action, nausea, vomiting, strong cholinomimetic action and oppression of cordial activity. At hit in blood of a large amount of alkaloids the cardiac standstill therefore reception of means is inside inadmissible is possible.

Treatment: symptomatic therapy; use of cholinolytics, is warm - vascular means, means for normalization of activity of digestive tract.
First aid at poisoning. At an accidental proglatyvaniye of drug – a gastric lavage solutions of a tannin, suspension of absorbent carbon or white clay; then appoint salt carminative means; at damage of mucous membranes - irrigation of 2% novocaine solution.
