Mint tablets

General characteristics. Structure:

Active agent: a peppermint of leaves oil (a peppermint oil) - 2,50 mg

Excipients: sucrose - 391,50 mg, silicon dioxide colloid - 2,0 mg, magnesium stearate - 4,0 mg.

Pharmacological properties:

Peppermint oil causes irritation of nerve terminations of a mucous membrane of an oral cavity, renders moderate spasmolytic, sedative and cholagogue action.

Indications to use:

Apply as symptomatic cure for nausea, vomiting, spastic pains of bodies of digestive tract.

Route of administration and doses:

Apply 1-2 tablets 3-4 times a day. Tablets hold in a mouth to a full rassasyvaniye. The maximum daily dose - 8 tablets. A course of treatment without consultation of the doctor - 3 days.

Features of use:

For patients with a diabetes mellitus: 1 tablet contains 4,7 XE, the maximum daily dose contains 37,6 XE.
Use of drug does not influence performance of potentially dangerous types of activity requiring special attention and bystry reactions (control of motor transport, work with moving mechanisms, work of the dispatcher and operator).

Side effects:

Are possible: allergic reactions, irritation of a mucous membrane of an oral cavity.

Interaction with other medicines:

Weakens effect of homeopathic medicines.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to drug components, inflammatory diseases of a mucous membrane of an oral cavity, deficit of invertase/isomaltase, intolerance of fructose, glyukozo-galaktozny malabsorption, age up to 18 years.
