Proteinaceous day

Breakfast: coffee with milk, soft-boiled eggs, cheese, yogurt.

Lunch: chicken breast or a piece of beef without breading.

Dinner: cottage cheese or kefir, fish.

Carbohydrate day

Breakfast: salad with addition of olive oil, lemon juice; apple, grapes or orange.

Lunch: vegetables soup (fast borsch or Russian cabbage soup), vegetable stew with haricot, freshly squeezed juice from vegetables or fruit.

Afternoon snack: banana, letcho.

Dinner: vinaigrette, vegetable juice.

Council 1: Though the diet allows the use of any meat, it is better to prefer its low-fat grades to which pork does not concern.

Council 2: In carbohydrate days it is difficult to gain that number of calories which is necessary for normal functioning of an organism therefore portions, as well as the number of meals these days have to be more impressive, than in proteinaceous days.
