  • not less than 5 meals a day, an interval between them are made – about 2,5 hours, admissions are prohibited;
  • drinking mode: to watch amount of the drunk water, especially in proteinaceous days when the organism spends more liquid, than usually. It is necessary to be guided on color of urine which has to be light. Bright color of urine indicates shortage of liquid.

Salt is admissible in limited quantity, gradually its use needs to be minimized.

  • pickles;
  • smoked products.

Approximate menu of several days of TURMOILS:

Proteinaceous day 1

Breakfast: an omelet from two eggs with onions and greens, black coffee.

Afternoon snack: cottage cheese with sour cream, tea.

Lunch: beef broth, boiled beef, cucumber, tomato, tea.

Lunch: yogurt with berries.

Dinner: the mackerel baked in a foil with lemon juice, tea.

Proteinaceous day 2

Breakfast: cheese, coffee with milk.

Afternoon snack: yogurt, apple.

Lunch: chicken cutlets on couple, a green salad with lemon juice, tea.

Lunch: the chicken fillet baked with cheese.

Dinner: kefir or fermented baked milk.

Carbohydrate day

Breakfast: porridge with dried fruits, tea or coffee.

Afternoon snack: banana, apple or orange.

Lunch: vegetable stew, wholegrain small loaf, tea or coffee.

Lunch: fruit salad.

Dinner: 2 baked potatoes, fermented baked milk.

The mixed day

Breakfast: cottage cheese with raisin, black coffee.

Afternoon snack: wholegrain small loafs with cheese, tomato, tea.

Lunch: braised beef with buckwheat, paprika, cucumbers, tomatoes and greens salad, tea or coffee.

Lunch: any fruit.

Dinner: muesli with milk.

Useful tips

Council 1: in proteinaceous days it is worth preferring products with the low content of fat, in the mixed days the use of fatter meat and dairy products is allowed.

Council 2: the effect of TURMOILS will be more expressed if to accompany a diet with a regular exercise stress.
