General characteristics. Structure:

Active ingredients: Cocarboxylasi hydrochloridum – 25 mg, Riboflavinum – 2 mg, lipoic acid (thioctic acid) – 12 mg; Excipients: fat firm (fatty acids glycerides) – 911 mg.

Description. Suppositories of yellow color, a torpedo-shaped form with possible impregnations of orange-yellow color.

Pharmacological properties:

The combined drug which effect is defined by effects, the vitamins and coenzymes which are its part, and also their synergistic action.

Cocarboxylase (coenzyme) catalyzes a carboxylation and decarboxylation of A-ketonic acids, participates in processes of carbohydrate metabolism. Through participation in a pentozny cycle indirectly regulates synthesis of nucleic acids, proteins, lipids. Promotes correction of a metabolic acidosis and a cellular hypoxia, and also other disbolism (insufficiency of function of a liver, kidneys, cardiovascular system, chronic intoxications).

Riboflavinum (B2 vitamin) as a coenzyme of flavinprotein participates in regulation of redoxreactions (in processes carbohydrate, proteinaceous and a lipometabolism). Plays an important role in synthesis of hemoglobin and in maintenance of normal visual function of an eye, a condition of mucous membranes and skin.

Thioctic acid participates in oxidizing decarboxylation of pyruvic acid and other A-ketonic acids, in regulation of lipidic and carbohydrate metabolism, plays an important role in the course of formation of energy in an organism. Thioctic acid possesses hepatoprotective action, improves disintoxication function of a liver, protects from influence ekzo-and endotoxins.

Korilip improves fabric exchange at various physiological and morbid conditions needing correction by cofactors and substrates.

Indications to use:

Drug is shown to use with the preventive and medical purpose in complex therapy at various morbid conditions at children and adults, such as:
• chronic fabric hypoxia,
• decrease in immunity,
• bacterial and viral infections, including acute intestinal infections
• chronic somatopathies,
• chronic intoxications.
• disturbance of food (hypotrophy) at children.

To children before receipt in child care facility, before carrying out preventive inoculations.

To adults and children at intensive exercise and intellectual stress, at stressful situations, states after the postponed serious illness.

As fortifying prophylactic for adults and children in the period of epidemic of infectious diseases.

As metabolic means at women by preparation for pregnancy and at development of fetoplacental insufficiency during pregnancy.

Route of administration and doses:

Drug is used rektalno (enter into a rectum).

Suppositories are appointed to children from 1 year to 6 years on 1 suppository a day; children are from 6 to 14 years old on 1–2 suppositories a day, to children 14 years and the adult on 2–3 suppositories a day are more senior.

Duration of a course of treatment at bacterial and viral infections – 6–9 days. At other morbid conditions at children – 10 days, the general duration of treatment – 3 - 4 courses with an interval in 20 days (3 - 4 months).

At intensive exercise and intellectual stress, at stressful situations, states after the postponed serious illness, before receipt in child care facility, before carrying out preventive inoculations, in the period of epidemic of infectious diseases duration of a course makes 10 days.

At pregnancy duration of a course of treatment makes 10 days. The general duration of treatment of 4 - 5 courses with intervals in 20 days. To the women preparing for pregnancy to use drug in 3 – 6 months prior to pregnancy, courses for 10 days in 20 days.

Features of use:

Criteria of duration of treatment along with a clinical state are cytochemical indicators of activity of enzymes of leukocytes of peripheral blood (a succinatedehydrogenase and a glitserofosfatdegidrogenaza).

Side effects:

Allergic reactions – urticaria, an itch, a bronchospasm, the dispeptic phenomena are possible.

At emergence of side reactions to stop use of drug and to see a doctor.

Interaction with other medicines:

Negative interaction was not noted. Drug can be used in complex therapy.

Contraindications:

Children's age till 1 year.

Reaction of hypersensitivity to the components which are a part of drug.

Inflammation or bleeding in a rectum (the contraindication connected with way of introduction).

Overdose:

Cases of overdose are not described.

Storage conditions:

In the place protected from light at a temperature not higher than 20 S. Hranit in the place, unavailable to children.

Period of validity 2 years. Not to use after the termination of the period of validity specified on packaging.

Packaging:

Suppositories rectal (25 mg + 2 mg + 12 mg). On 5 suppositories in a blister strip packaging from a film polyvinyl chloride. Two planimetric packagings together with the application instruction in a pack cardboard.
