Лиофилизат для приготовления раствора для инъекций Ингарон Ingaron – recombinant interferon scale of the person, immunomodulator with antiviral activity.

Form of release and structure

Dosage form – lyophilisate for preparation of solution for injections (intramuscular and hypodermic): the friable or porous hydroscopic mass of white color (in bottles: 1, 5, 10 or 20 bottles in a cardboard pack; 1, 5, 10 or 20 bottles in a blister strip packaging, 1 packaging in a cardboard pack; 1, 5, 10 or 20 bottles in planimetric cassette packaging, 1 packaging in a cardboard pack).

Active ingredient – interferon scale: in 1 bottle – 100 thousand, 500 thousand, 1 million or 2 million IU (international units).

As excipient Mannitolum is used.

Indications to use

Monotherapy:

Genital herpesviridae infection;
Herpes zoster (shingles).

Combination therapy:

Chronic viral hepatitis of C, chronic viral hepatitis of B, pulmonary tuberculosis, human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), syndrome of the acquired immune deficit (SAID);
Oncological diseases (as an immunomodulator, including in a combination with chemotherapy);
Chronic prostatitis;
Urogenital clamidiosis;
Anogenitalny warts (virus of papilloma of the person), including prevention of a recurrence of a disease.

Also Ingaron is applied to prevention of complications of an infectious origin at patients with a chronic granulematozny disease.

Contraindications

Diabetes mellitus;
Autoimmune diseases;
Pregnancy;
Lactation;
Children's age;
Hypersensitivity to drug.

Route of administration and dosage

Ingaron enter intramusculary or subcutaneously. Just before an injection contents of a bottle are dissolved by 2 ml of injection water.

The mode of dosing is defined individually for each patient. The average applied doses:

Chronic viral hepatitis With, a chronic viral hepatitis In, a pulmonary tuberculosis, HIV, AIDS: on 500 thousand ME of 1 times a day daily or every other day, a course of treatment – 1-2 months, if necessary after a 1-2-month interval repeat a course;
Oncological diseases: on 500 thousand ME of 1 times a day every other day;
Chronic prostatitis: on 100 thousand ME subcutaneously 1 time a day every other day, a course of treatment – 10 injections;
Urogenital clamidiosis, genital herpesviridae infection, shingles: on 500 thousand ME subcutaneously 1 time a day every other day, a course of treatment – 5 injections;
Anogenitalny warts: on 100 thousand ME subcutaneously 1 time a day (after the carried-out cryolysis) every other day, a course of treatment – 5 injections;
Prevention of infectious complications at patients with a chronic granulematozny disease: on 500 thousand ME of 1 times a day daily or every other day, the course of treatment consists of 5-15 injections. If there is a need, prolong duration of therapy or conduct a repeated course in 10-14 days.

Side effects

Possible local reactions: a hyperemia, a local mild pain of the aching character (like the overtrained muscle) in the place of hypodermic introduction.

At Ingaron's use in high doses (more than 1 million ME) there is a probability of development of the grippopodobny syndrome which is shown fervescence, weakness, a headache and a joint pain (the expressed symptoms can be stopped paracetamol).
