Application instruction:
Йогулакт – a series of dietary supplements which compensate for the deficiency of lactic pro-biotic microorganisms and intestinal microflora contribute to normalization.
Form of release and structure
A series includes the following dietary supplements:
- Йогулакт: in the form of capsules on 400 mg (on 15 pieces in blisters, on 1, 2 or 4 blisters in a cardboard pack; on 30 or 75 pieces in bottles, on 1 bottle in a cardboard pack);
- Йогулакт forte: in the form of capsules on 350 mg (on 15 pieces in blisters, on 1-4 blisters in a cardboard pack);
- Йогулакт 55+: in the form of capsules on 352 mg (on 15 pieces in blisters, on 1 or 2 blisters in a cardboard pack).
Is a part of 1 capsule of Yogulakt:
- Active agent: the lyophilized live cultures of pro-biotic lactobacilli: Streptococcus thermophilus, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus delbrueckii ssp. Bulgaricus – 2·109, WHICH (colony-forming units);
- Auxiliary components: ascorbic acid, lactose, dry whey, magnesium stearate.
Forte is a part of 1 capsule of Yogulakt:
- Active agent: the lyophilized live cultures of pro-biotic bacteria: Bifidobacterium breve, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus rhamnosus; yogurt culture: Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. Bulgaricus, Streptococcus thermophilus – 4·109, WHICH;
- Auxiliary components: ascorbic acid, maltodextrin, magnesium stearate.
Active agent is a part of 1 capsule of Yogulakt 55+: the lyophilized live cultures of pro-biotic bacteria: Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Bifidobacterium breve, Bifidobacterium bifidum, Bifidobacterium longum, Lactobacillus casei, Lactobacillus acidophilus – 5·109, WHICH.
Indications to use
Йогулакт appoint as an additional source of pro-biotic microorganisms.
Use of dietary supplements of Yogulakt is shown at an intestinal dysbiosis, the developed as a result of performing therapy by antibiotic drugs, irrational food, chronic diseases of digestive tract, food allergy, helminthoses, infectious diseases, residence in areas with adverse ecology, disturbances of absorption in a small bowel of nutrients, microelements and vitamins, artificial feeding at children of the first year of life, etc.
Contraindications
- Children's age up to 3 months;
- Hypersensitivity to dietary supplement components.
Route of administration and dosage
Dietary supplements of the line Yogulakt accept inside.
The recommended dosing mode:
- Йогулакт: children of 3-12 months: once a day on 1/2 capsules (contents of the capsule need to be added to maternal milk or milk mix); children of 1-6 years: once a day on 1 capsule (to children 3 years are younger it is recommended to add capsule contents to food); children of 6-14 years – on 1-2 capsules a day; adults and children of 14 years – 2-3 times a day on 1-2 capsules. Course duration: children till 1 year – 3-4 weeks; adults and children are more senior than 1 year – 1-2 months;
- Йогулакт forte: children of 1-3 years: once a day on 1/2 capsules (to children 3 years are younger it is recommended to add capsule contents to food); children of 3-14 years – 1-2 times a day on 1 capsule; adults and children of 14 years – 3 times a day on 1 capsule. Course duration – 25-30 days;
- Йогулакт 55+: the adult, including elderly patients – 3 times a day on 1 capsule. Course duration – 25-30 days.
Side effects
There is no information on development of side effects during reception of dietary supplement.

Before therapy, and also at emergence of uncharacteristic symptoms it is necessary to consult at the doctor.
