Laktofiltrum
Application instruction:
Laktofiltrum – the complex enterosorbentny drug contributing to normalization of intestinal microflora.
Form of release and structure
Laktofiltrum release in the form of tablets: a kapsulovidny form, biconvex, dark brown color with gray-white impregnations, with risky (in blister strip packagings on 10 pieces, on 1-3, 6 packagings in a cardboard pack; in blister strip packagings on 15 pieces, on 2 or 4 packagings in a cardboard pack; in polymeric bottles on 30 or 60 pieces, on 1 bottle in a cardboard pack).
Active ingredients are a part of 1 tablet:
- Hydrolytic lignin – 355 mg;
- Lactulose – 120 mg.
Auxiliary components: magnesium stearate – 5 mg, croscarmellose sodium – 20 mg.
Indications to use
- Intestinal dysbiosis (disturbance of microflora), including connected with performing antibiotic treatment;
- Cirrhosis and hepatitises (together with other drugs);
- Syndrome of the angry intestines (together with other drugs);
- Allergic diseases, including urticaria, atopic dermatitis (together with other drugs).
Contraindications
- Bleedings from digestive tract;
- Impassability of intestines;
- Galactosemia (the hereditary disease caused by disturbance of carbohydrate metabolism);
- Hypersensitivity to drug components.
Laktofiltrum patients should take with caution with an atony of intestines and a peptic ulcer of a stomach and duodenum (at an aggravation).
Route of administration and dosage
Laktofiltrum accept inside, washing down with water, it is more preferable – in 60 minutes prior to meal and other drugs. In case of need tablets can previously be crushed.
The single dose of Laktofiltrum depends on age of the patient:
- Children of 12 years and adults: 2-3 tablets;
- Children of 8-12 years: 1-2 tablets;
- Children of 3-7 years: 1 tablet;
- Children of 1-3 years: 1/2 tablets.
All age groups Laktofiltrum should accept 3 times a day.
On average duration of a medical course varies ranging from 2 up to 3 weeks. More prolonged use of drug is possible only after consultation with the doctor.
Side effects
In rare instances during Laktofiltrum's use the disturbances of the alimentary system which are shown in the form of diarrhea and a meteorism can develop.
Among other side effects development of allergic reactions is possible.
Special instructions
Laktofiltrum it is possible to apply along with other drugs, following at the same time rules of separate reception.
Medicinal interaction
Decrease in therapeutic effect of some medicines which are at the same time accepted orally is possible.
Terms and storage conditions
To store in protected from light, the place, dry, unavailable to children, at a temperature up to 30 °C.
