Lipin

Lipin – the drug exerting impact on metabolism and the alimentary system.

Form of release and structure

Lipin is produced in the form of lyophilisate for preparation of an emulsion: the amorphous mass of light yellow or white color with a characteristic smell (in bottles or bottles on 100, 250 or 500 mg, on 1 bottle or a bottle in a cardboard pack or on 3 bottles in a cardboard pack complete with NEBULISER inhaler).

Is a part of 1 bottle (bottle):

  • Active agent: lecithin – 100, 250 or 500 mg (in the form of lecithin standard);
  • Auxiliary component: lactose.

Indications to use

Lipin is appointed as a part of complex treatment of the following diseases:

  • Cardiology: unstable stenocardia and acute myocardial infarction;
  • Pulmonology: a syndrome of chronic and acute respiratory insufficiency of any genesis at adults and children, including newborns with disorders of breath which are connected with the postponed perinatal hypoxia and asphyxia at childbirth;
  • Obstetrics: intra belly hypoxia of a fruit, late gestosis;
  • Gastroenterology: active hepatitises (acute and chronic), cirrhosis, chronic not calculous cholecystitis, nonspecific ulcer colitis;
  • Nephrology: polycystosis, acute and chronic pyelonephritis, diabetic nephropathy, glomerulonephritis, renal failure.

Contraindications

It is contraindicated to apply lipin with hypersensitivity to drug components.

Lactose therefore the patient with rare hereditary forms of intolerance of a galactose, a syndrome of glyukozo-galaktozny malabsorption or insufficiency of lactase it is not necessary to use drug is a part of lyophilisate.

Route of administration and dosage

Lipin is applied inside, intravenously, rektalno and it is inhalation.

The liposomal emulsion should be prepared just before use. For this purpose the bottle (bottle) is maintained for 30 minutes at the room temperature. For preparation of an emulsion for intravenous administration add the sodium chloride solution which is in advance warmed up to 36 °C of 0,9% for injections or infusions to it in the ratio 10:1 (on 100 mg of lyophilisate – 10 ml of solution). At preparation of an emulsion apply a ratio to inhalations 100:2 (on 100 mg of lyophilisate – 2 ml of solution). Then the bottle should be stirred up before formation of a homogeneous emulsion of white color (about 2 minutes).

At preparation of an emulsion for rectal use and intake it is possible to use the boiled or distilled water.

It is not necessary to apply Lipin in one syringe or the inhalation device with other inhalation or parenteral solutions.

Pulmonology:
At inhalation use usually appoint on 10-15 mg/kg of body weight to 1 inhalation. Frequency rate of use – 1-2 times a day (in hard cases – 3 times a day), course duration – 5-10 days.

Newborn with a syndrome of respiratory frustration drug is appointed by 3-4 times a day in doses of 25-100 mg/kg of body weight. The optimum duration of inhalation – 3-4 minutes, course duration – 4-5 days (its extension up to 10-12 days is in case of need possible).

Connection of an inhaler to a rebreathing system of the device AVL (artificial ventilation of the lungs) is possible. When performing inhalation it is necessary to use inhalers of aerosol type or ultrasonic inhalers. Use of paroaerozolny inhalers is inadmissible.

Obstetrics:
At a gestosis Lipin is entered intravenously slowly.

Duration of a course is defined by clinical manifestations and can vary from 3 to 10 days.

Gastroenterology:
At acute or chronic active hepatitis, chronic not calculous cholecystitis and cirrhosis Lipin is accepted inside by 2 times a day on 1000 mg. Course duration – 18-21 days. At heavy disease lyophilisate dissolve 5% in glucose solution and enter intravenously kapelno in the same dose. Course duration – 10 days. In the course of therapy change of a way of administration of Lipin is possible.

At treatment of nonspecific ulcer colitis drug is used in the form of microclysters in a single dose:

  • 1-10 day: 1000 mg;
  • 11-20 day: 500 mg.

Frequency rate of use – 2 times a day, course duration – 20 days.

Nephrology:
At treatment of chronic and acute pyelonephritis Lipin is entered intravenously kapelno in a dose of 10-20 mg/kg of body weight along with antibacterial agents once a day. Course duration – 3-4 days.

At treatment of chronic pyelonephritis, a glomerulonephritis, diabetic nephropathy at a stage of a chronic renal failure Lipin is entered intravenously kapelno in the same dose along with performing standard basic therapy. Course duration – 14 days.

Side effects

At use in therapeutic doses Lipin is usually transferred well.

During therapy emergence of heartbeat, a headache, small tortoiseshell and other allergic manifestations is possible.

In some cases (after intravenous administration of Lipin) can develop:

  • General reactions: temperature increase, a tremor of extremities, a lowering of arterial pressure, weakness, vomiting, pains in lumbar department of a backbone, a lumbago in chest and lumbar departments of a backbone;
  • Local reactions: pains on the vein course.

At development of these disturbances it is necessary to cancel Lipin and to appoint symptomatic therapy.

Special instructions

Before Lipin use, and also in cases of development of uncharacteristic symptoms it is necessary to consult at the doctor.

Medicinal interaction

Perhaps simultaneous use of Lipin with cytostatic, steroid, antibiotic, vitamin and cholagogue drugs.

Terms and storage conditions

To store in the place, unavailable to children, at a temperature from-10 to -20 °C (in the freezer).

Period of validity – 1 year.

The prepared emulsion can be stored till 6 o'clock at a temperature of 2-6 °C.
