Neuroruby

Раствор для инъекций НейрорубинNeuroruby – complex drug of vitamins of group B.

Form of release and structure

The neuroruby is released in the form of solution for injections (in dark glass ampoules on 3 ml, on 5 ampoules in a cardboard pack).

Active agents are a part of 1 ampoule:

  • B1 vitamin (in the form of a thiamin hydrochloride) – 100 mg;
  • B6 vitamin (in the form of a pyridoxine hydrochloride) – 100 mg;
  • B12 vitamin (in the form of cyanocobalamine) – 1 mg.

Auxiliary components: benzyl alcohol, potassium cyanide, water for injections.

Indications to use

  • Neuritis;
  • Neuropathy and polyneuropathy (alcoholic, diabetic and others);
  • Ischialgia, tservikobrakhialgiya, epileptiform neuralgia.

Contraindications

  • Psoriasis;
  • Age up to 18 years;
  • Pregnancy and period of a lactation;
  • Hypersensitivity to drug components.

Route of administration and dosage

The neuroruby is entered intramusculary, into an upper outside quadrant of a gluteus.

In hard cases in an initiation of treatment appoint on 1 ampoule (3 ml) daily or every other day. After reduction of pain Neyrorubin in the same dose enter 1-2 times a week.

In medium-weight cases usually appoint on 1 ampoule 1-2 times a week.

Side effects

  • Cardiovascular system: in isolated cases – a collapse, tachycardia, cyanosis;
  • Central nervous system: concern, tremor, feeling of "lump in throat", alarms, dizziness;
  • Alimentary system: nausea, gastrointestinal bleedings, increase in activity of aspartate aminotransferase in a blood plasma;
  • Endocrine system: inhibition of release of prolactin;
  • Respiratory system: lung hypostasis, the complicated breath;
  • Skin: acne rash;
  • Allergic reactions: itch, urticaria, Quincke's edema, acute anaphylaxis;
  • Organism in general: feeling of weakness, sudden perspiration, hyperemia of the person, fervescence.

Special instructions

In some cases repeated intramuscular injections of the drugs containing vitamins can cause development of anaphylactoid reactions in the patients predisposed to them. At their emergence it is necessary to cancel Neyrorubin and to appoint glucocorticosteroids and antihistaminic medicines.

Use of excess doses of B6 vitamin (over 5 months in a dose of 500 mg and more) can lead to emergence of a peripheral touch neuropathy which usually disappears after the end of therapy.

Because of possible deterioration in symptoms of psoriasis, use of B12 vitamin is contraindicated to patients with such diagnosis.

In rare instances at Neyrorubin's use dizziness, weakness, concern therefore patients during therapy need to be careful at control of motor transport or when performing potentially dangerous types of works can develop.

Medicinal interaction

It is impossible to mix Neyrorubin with other medicines.

Thiamin is incompatible with tannin acid, mercury chloride, the oxidizing substances, a carbonate, iodide, acetate, gland ammonium/citrate, and also Riboflavinum, phenobarbital, benzylpenicillin, metabisulphite and a dextrose.

At simultaneous use of Neyrorubin with some medicines there can be following effects:

  • Levodopa: decrease in its therapeutic effect (simultaneous use is not recommended);
  • Isoniazid: strengthening of its toxicity;
  • 5-ftoruratsit, thiosemicarbazone: reduction of efficiency of B1 vitamin;
  • Altretamin: reduction of its efficiency;
  • Vitamin C: B6 vitamin inactivation.

Terms and storage conditions

To store in the place, unavailable to children, at a temperature of 2-8 °C (in the refrigerator).

Period of validity – 3 years.
