  • Fat grades of meat, duck, goose, ham, sausages smoked and boiled, canned meat;
  • Fish canned food in oil, caviar, salty and smoked fish;
  • Dairy products of high fat content, yogurts with flavoring additives;
  • The marinated and salted vegetables (except for sauerkraut);
  • Grapes, bananas, dates, fig, raisin;
  • Sugar, honey, confectionery;

The menu of the Low-calorie diet for 7 days:

First day

First breakfast: 200 g of porridge, 1 average apple, green tea.

Second breakfast: 150 ml of yogurt.

Lunch: 200 g of vegetable soup, 200 g of fish on couple.

Afternoon snack: 200 ml of tomato juice.

Dinner: 150 g of boiled beef, 150 g of vegetable salad.

Second day

First breakfast: 1 boiled eggs, 2 small loafs, tea.

Second breakfast: 1 average apple.

Lunch: 100 g of soup from lentil, 100 g of boiled meat.

Afternoon snack: 100 g of cottage cheese.

Dinner: 150 g of the baked fish, 200 g of vegetable salad.

Third day

First breakfast: 200 g of buckwheat cereal, tea with a lemon.

Second breakfast: 200 ml of kefir, 1 wholegrain small loaf.

Lunch: 250 g of fast borsch, 100 g of boiled veal, 100 g of the salad from boiled beet filled with a teaspoon of olive oil.

Afternoon snack: 1 average grapefruit.

Dinner: 150 g of fish on couple, 1 potato.

Fourth day

First breakfast: 1 boiled egg, grapefruit half, tea.

Second breakfast: 100 g of cottage cheese.

Lunch: 200 g of vegetable soup, 150 g of chicken fillet on couple, 100 g of vegetable salad.

Dinner: 70 g of boiled haricot, 200 ml of kefir.

Fifth day

First breakfast: 200 g of millet cereal, 200 ml of orange juice.

Second breakfast: 1 average apple or peach.

Lunch: 200 g of boiled veal, 150 g of cabbage salad, black tea.

Afternoon snack: 100 g of dried fruits.

Dinner: 100 g of cottage cheese, 1 orange or apple.

Sixth day

First breakfast: 200 g of porridge, 1 average apple, green tea.

Second breakfast: 150 ml of yogurt.

Lunch: 200 g of vegetable soup, 200 g of fish on couple.

Afternoon snack: 200 ml of tomato juice.

Dinner: 150 g of boiled beef, 150 g of vegetable salad.

Seventh day

First breakfast: 1 boiled eggs, 2 small loafs, tea.

Second breakfast: 1 average apple.

Lunch: 100 g of soup from lentil, 100 g of boiled meat.

Afternoon snack: 100 g of cottage cheese.

Dinner: 150 g of the baked fish, 150 g of vegetable salad.

Useful tips

Council 1: Instead of boiled eggs it is possible to prepare a steam omelet.
