Pro-ambassador

The pro-ambassador – the biostimulator which is applied to healing of fabrics.

Pharmacological action

The pro-ambassador has antiinflammatory, wound healing, antimicrobic effect. Use drug only outwardly.

Active agents of Proposol – propolis, alcohol and glycerin.

Propolis is valuable the fact that it contains vitamins A, E, PP, B1, B2, B3, B6, amino acids, mineral salts, organic acids, pitches, flavones. It is noticed that bactericidal activity of propolis is shown in relation to all representatives of pathogenic microflora, even to it which are steady against action of antibiotics. At the same time, unlike antibacterial drugs, propolis does not cause serious side effects. Besides, propolis promotes increase in immunity, healing of fabrics, improves a metabolism, strengthens vessels, kills the pain developing at an inflammation of upper respiratory tracts and mucous a mouth.

Alcohol is included in Proposol's list since has the expressed antiseptic action.

Glycerin well softens skin, humidifies mucous upper respiratory tracts and a mouth, is effective at the irritation arising at excessive dryness of mucous.

Release form

The pro-salting is released in the form of ointment, tincture and an aerosol for external use, in the form of an emulsion for inhalations, topical administration.

Indications to Proposol's use

The pro-salting according to the instruction is applied in stomatology to treatment of a periodontal disease, an ulitis, stomatitis; in otolaryngology – for treatment of tonsillitis, a glossitis, otitis, antritis, pharyngitis.

There are good reviews of Proposola, applied at neurodermatitis, atopic dermatitis, a pruritic dermatosis, for treatment of not healing and contaminated wounds, healing of microtraumas, damages mucous and skin.

Route of administration

For treatment of defeats mucous a mouth spray the Pro-salting from an aerosol – on a breath within 2 seconds, it is no more than three times in days for 10 days. When using tincture it is applied on a tampon, and impose it on the struck place for several minutes, it is no more than 3 times in days.

Outwardly, at skin diseases drug is used by no more than two times a day, every other day or every day. Treatment lasts two or three weeks. Means the Pro-ambassador for external use can be put under a bandage.

Tincture the Pro-salting according to the instruction for treatment of otitis is dug in by 3-4 times a day on 1-2 drops, or moisten with it a tampon which is put in an ear for one or two minutes.

At an inflammation of almonds they are greased with tincture of 7-10 days one or twice a day. At chronic antritis wash out nasal cavities the tincture mixed with chloride sodium solution the Pro-ambassador. Treatment lasts 2 weeks, washings do 2 times a day.

Rinsings carry out for treatment of wounds on mucous an oral cavity – 15 ml of tincture mix and a half a glass of water, about 5 times a day, 3-4 days rinse a mouth. There are good responses about the Pro-salting of an emulsion which can also be used for rinsings – 30 drops add in a half-glass of water. It is recommended to rinse an oral cavity 5-6 times a day, it is not less than 1-2 weeks.

For performing inhalations the emulsion the Pro-salting is mixed with boiled water (1:3). Do inhalations one or twice a day, one procedure of 10 minutes lasts.

Side effects

Judging by responses, the Pro-ambassador is had well, but dryness in a mouth, burning in a means site of application in certain cases can be felt. Sometimes patients complain of nausea.

At emergence of similar side effects or allergic reaction it is necessary to cancel drug, to see a doctor.

The overdose of drug is improbable, but Proposol's use in high doses can lead to strengthening of the described side effects. If necessary carry out standard symptomatic therapy.

Contraindications to Proposol's use

Proposol's use is contraindicated to children to 12 l., to the patients having eczema and that who badly transfers propolis, alcohol or glycerin.

With care allergic persons are recommended to use the Pro-salting.

Along with other products of beekeeping, antiseptics it is undesirable to appoint the Pro-salting.

Do not practice purpose of means to nursing mothers. To pregnant women the Pro-salting is appointed in exceptional cases, they can use drug not longer than week and in the minimum doses.
