  • 9,9 g of carbohydrates;
  • 1 g of food fibers;
  • 83,4 g of water;
  • 0,3 g of ashes;
  • 14,1 g mono - and disaccharides;
  • 0,2 g of organic acids.

  • Vitamins – PP, B2, C, E, P;
  • Macrocells – potassium (148 mg in 100 g of fresh juice), phosphorus, calcium, magnesium, sodium;
  • Microelements – chlorine, iodine, manganese, sulfur, iron.

Useful properties of beet juice

The beets which are contained in a large number in juice iron and folic acid favorably influence blood, improve development of erythrocytes, increase the level of hemoglobin and, as a result, improve food of cells oxygen.

The iodine which is contained in beet juice is useful to a thyroid gland and improves memory.

Besides, salts of potassium, magnesium and sodium in a complex influence cardiovascular system and promote purification of blood. Magnesium promotes clarification of vessels from cholesteric plaques, to improvement of lipidic exchange and normalization of digestion. Harm of beet juice

Despite a large amount of useful properties, harm of beet juice can arise in cases of its excessive use. So, with care it is recommended to be drunk at an urolithiasis. Beet juice, clearing a liver, can cause complications in cases of stones in bilious channels.

Besides, harm of beet juice arises at its use in large numbers at the expressed hypotonia. In this case even one glass of not divorced beet juice can cause weakness and dizziness.

Also it is necessary to remember that juice from beet has laxative and diuretic effect that can lead to intestinal frustration.
