Affect of I (Latin affectus – experience, a state, affect, from affectum, afficio – to influence, cause something, to strike) – in morphology a complex of pathological changes in the place of implementation of pathogenic microorganisms in fabric.

Allocate:

  • Affect secondary (affectus secundarius) – arises in a zone of secondary localization of pathogenic microorganisms against the background of generalization or dissimination of infectious process;
  • Affect primary (affectus primarius; synonym: primary center) – arises in a zone of primary localization of pathogenic microorganisms.
