Seralbumin

Seralbumin – albumine (the general name of water-soluble simple natural proteins which in the course of solution saturation by sulfate ammonium drop out in a deposit) of blood serum with a weight (molecular weight) about 70 000. A seralbumin is the main reserve of protein in an organism and takes part in maintenance of pH of blood and colloid osmotic pressure.
