Arthropathy

Arthropathy (arthropathia; Greek arthron – the joint relating to a joint + Greek pathos – a disease, suffering) – the general name of damages of joints of the dystrophic nature which are caused by disbolism, innervations, tumoral process or endocrine frustration.

Allocate:

  • Arthropathy neurogenic (arthropathia neurogena; synonym: Sharko a joint) – is caused by disturbances of a vasculomotor innervation of joints against the background of damages of the central nervous system, for example, at myelites, a myelosyringosis, disturbances of cerebral circulation, a prelum of a spinal cord;
  • Arthropathy salvarsanny (arthropathia salvarsanica; synonym: the fibrositis poslesalvarsanny) – develops because of side effect of antisyphilitic means of salvarsan; it is shown by rigidity of joints and their morbidity during the movement.
