Barrakera needle holder

Barrakera needle holder (I. Barraquer, исп. the ophthalmologist of 1855-1928) – the needle holder used in eye microsurgery, having the hemispherical deepenings on the ends of internal surfaces a branch allowing to hold a needle at any angle to an axis.
