Bechmena method

Bechmena method (G. W. Bachman, American parasitologist, sort. in 1890) – a way of detection in meat of larvae of trichinellas at which the deposit received after centrifuging of suspension of homogenate of the muscles processed by mix of hydrochloric acid and pepsin is investigated.
