Becker method

Becker method (S. W. Becker, amer. dermatologist, sort. in 1894) – the way of finding of a tyrosinase in fabrics which is based on emergence of a deposit of dark color in places of its concentration when placing in saturated solution of tyrosine of fresh unstable fabrics; Becker the method is applied to detection of pigment-free melanomas and pigment-free birthmarks.
