Beninyetti method

Beninyetti a method (Benignetti) – a way of coloring of bacterial flagellums, by means of warming up of drug with mix of aqueous solutions of alum, a tannin, sulfate zinc and saturated solution of a methylrosanilinum chloride in alcohol; bodies of bacteria become dark-violet color, flagellums – light-violet.
