Biohelminthosis

The biohelminthosis (Greek bios – life, belonging to life, to vital processes + Greek helmins, helminthos – a worm, a worm) – helminthosis at which the activator passes a certain stage of development in an animal organism and then is transmitted through it to the person.

Biohelminth – the general name of helminths which for end of a life cycle needs change of owners; many biohelminths belong to causative agents of helminthoses of the person.
