The plaque is senile

Plaque senile (plax senilis; synonym: druse) – the unstructured accumulation of intercellular substance surrounded in brain tissue by kernels of cells micro and macroglias, and also a texture of reinforced axons; comes to light at senile dementia, mainly in a hippocampus, in frontal lobes of a cerebral cortex and, more rare, in subcrustal educations.
