The astragalus block [(trochlea tali – PNA (The anatomic nomenclature Parisian), BNA (The anatomic nomenclature Basel), JNA (The anatomic nomenclature Yenskaya)] – the upper convex body surface of an astragalus covered with a joint cartilage, jointed in an ankle joint with shin bones.
