Decussation furrow

Decussation furrow [sulcus chiasmatis – PNA (The anatomic nomenclature Parisian), BNA (The anatomic nomenclature Basel); sulcus fasciculi optici – JNA (The anatomic nomenclature Yenskaya); synonym: a furrow of a visual bunch] – the small deepening which is cross located ahead of the Turkish saddle on the front site of an upper body surface of a wedge-shaped (main) bone; is the place in which optic nerves cross.
