Botkina noise of a smithy (S. P. Botkin, the domestic therapist, 1832-1889) – the auskultativny phenomenon observed at a ciliary arrhythmia at patients with a mitral stenosis: existence of a mitral click, strengthening of the I tone on a heart top, splitting of the II tone over a pulmonary artery, and also the available unheard III and IV tones additional, as a rule.
