Burshteyna test (M. Burstein) – the way of quantitative measurement of the general cholesterol or β-lipoproteids of blood serum as a part of β-lipoproteidny fraction of serum which is based on sedimentation by heparin of this fraction in the presence of Calcium chloratum.
