Bush a change (I. F. Bush, the domestic surgeon, 1771-1843) – a separation from the basis of a nail phalanx of a finger of bone triangular fragment together with a finger extensor tendon; it is formed owing to influence of external force at sharp bending of a finger while the sinew is tense (at reduction of a razgibatel).
