Gakkera-Brown gastroenterostomy

Gakkera-Brown gastroenterostomy (Austrian surgeon of V. R. Hacker, 1852-1933; the German surgeon of H. Braun, 1847-1911) – modification of a gastroenterostomy on Gakkera; consists in simultaneous imposing of an interintestinal anastomosis between the taking-away and bringing loops of a small bowel according to Brown.
