Gastrorrhaphiotom (Greek gaster, gastros – a stomach + Greek rhaphe – a seam + tome – a section) – the surgical instrument applied during creation of a gastrointestinal anastomosis to implementation of imposing of the closed intestinal seam; is a combination of a knife and a clip.
