Hemochromogen

Hemochromogen (Greek haima – blood + Greek chruma – coloring, color + Greek genes – generating) – the name combining all connections gem with the substances including the nitrogenous bases in structure (a hydrazine, nicotine, pyridine, amino acids, etc.); reaction of formation of hemochromogen is applied to identification of the minimum volume of blood in forensic medical examination.
