Genealogy

Genealogy (Greek genealogia; Greek genea – an origin, generation, the birth + logos – a statement, the word):

  1. genealogy – identification between individuals of family relations among generations or within one generation;
  2. genealogy (synonym: a family tree) – the submitted description of the related relations of the studied person, usually in the form of the scheme, using the conditional standard designations.
