Gvista-Lindnera operation (outdated; G. Guist, the Austrian ophthalmologist, was born in 1892; To. D. Lindner, the Austrian ophthalmologist, 1883-1961) – the surgery made at retina amotio at which through trepanation openings in a sclera carry out chemical cauterization of a choroid on the site of amotio.
