Temporal pole (fossa temporalis – PNA (The anatomic nomenclature Parisian), BNA (The anatomic nomenclature Basel), JNA (The anatomic nomenclature Yenskaya); synonym: a temple) – the pair dredging on a skull formed with participation of scales of a temporal bone, a malar shoot of a frontal bone, a big wing wedge-shaped and parts of a parietal bone.
