Temporal line upper

The temporal line upper (linea temporalis superior – PNA (The anatomic nomenclature Parisian), BNA (The anatomic nomenclature Basel); linea temporalis fascialis – JNA (The anatomic nomenclature Yenskaya); synonym: the temporal line fascial) – the eminence of the arc-shaped form on the surface of a parietal bone from the outer side placed over the lower temporal line; the place to which the temporal fascia is attached.
