Wolff-Parkinson-Whyte syndrome

Wolff-Parkinson-Whyte a syndrome (L. Wolff, the American doctor, was born in 1898; J. Parkinson, modern English doctor; P. D. White, American cardiologist, 1886-1973; synonyms: A WPW syndrome, a syndrome of premature excitement of ventricles, VPU syndrome) – the combination of signs of an antesystole of one of ventricles (broadening of a ventricular complex, shortening of an interval of PQ and others), is frequent with tendency to emergence of trembling and atrial fibrillation, supraventricular tachycardia; it is noted when carrying out excitement on the additional conducting bundles connecting directly auricles with ventricles.
