Urolite At
Application instruction:
Urolite At – means which is applied to the prevention of education and dissolution of urinary stones.
Pharmacological action
The urolite At 
represents mix of salts of strong alkalis in a combination to weak acids. At dissolution in water they dissociate on ions, is long support alkali reaction of urine (alkalosis) and regulate рН within 6,2 – 7,5. At such acidity of urine of salt of uric acid remain in the dissolved state and cannot form stones. In it nephrolytic effect of drug is shown. Reaction to it dozozavisimy.
The alkalosis reduces absorption of citrate in renal tubules and strengthens its removal. In this case removal of calcium with urine also decreases.
Urolite At quickly and practically all is soaked up from a digestive tract, bioavailability makes it about 100%. It is almost completely metabolized in an organism. It is removed with urine. At treatment change of electrolytic or gas composition of blood does not happen this means.
Form of release of Uralit At
Drug is produced in the form of granulate for solution preparation inside, packaging contains 280 g.
Indications to Uralit's use At
According to the instruction of Uralit At apply for the purpose of the prevention of education and to dissolution of the available urate and kaltsiysoderzhashchy stones at an urolithiasis, including at stones in a bladder. At an uricosuria and a late porphyria of skin drug, working pathogenetic, alkalizes urine.
This means is included in schemes of treatment by cytostatic drugs for the prevention of possible complications.
Contraindications
Drug is not used in case of acute or chronic renal, and also heart failure, at the heavy metabolic alkalosis confirmed laboratory in case of persistent infections of the urinary tract caused by microorganisms which split urea at intolerance of this means if it is necessary to adhere to a rigid diet without salt, for example, at diseases of kidneys or at hypertensia. Comments about Uralita At for children are not received 12 years are younger, and also at the pregnant women and women nursing therefore treatment by this drug is not recommended to them.
The application instruction of Uralit At
According to the instruction means is accepted inside, having dissolved granulate in a glass of water. The dose is selected individually, depending on urine reaction. Reaction of fresh urine is defined by indicator pieces of paper. Do it before each next drug intake. For this purpose the indicator is moistened with urine and within 2 minutes compared to a chromaticity scale. It allows to define acidity of urine within 5,4 – 7,4. In case of treatment of tsistinovy stones and a late porphyria of skin use the special indicator with a range рН 7,2 – 9,7.
Uralit's dose At 
averages 4 measured spoons a day (1 – in the morning, 1 – in the afternoon, 2 – in the evening). It is important to maintain value of acidity within necessary range. At tsistinovy stones it is 7,5 – 8,5, at an urolithiasis, an uricosuria 6,2 – 6,8, at a porphyria 7,2 – 7,5, at treatment by cytostatics – 7,0. If the received values рН above, reduce a dose – evening reception 0,5 spoons less if рН below, the dose is increased by 0,5 measured spoons.
As according to Uralit At at a concomitant use about aluminum the containing means it is capable to strengthen absorption of ions of aluminum in blood, it is necessary to maintain between them an interval of at least 2 hours.
The course of treatment can be long, with breaks or without them, on average 1 – 6 months. Duration of treatment is determined by the doctor.
Side effects
According to Uralit At it is transferred by patients well, very seldom making sick, vomiting, a meteorism and abdominal pains, diarrhea. As a rule, they pass independently.
