Sinnerite
Application instruction:
Sinnerite – the combined outside drug with komedonolitichesky and antibacterial action applied at treatment of eels.
Form of release and structure
Sinnerite is produced in the form of powder for preparation of solution for external use; the enclosed solvent – transparent, colourless (in plastic bottles, on 1 bottle in a cardboard pack complete with the applicator and solvent (on 30 ml in a bottle)).
/ 1 ml of ready solution are included into structure of 1 bottle active agents:
- Erythromycin – 1200/40 mg;
- The micronized zinc acetate dihydrate – 360/12 mg.
Solvent: ethanol, диизопропилсебакат.
Indications to use
Sinnerite is appointed at treatment of acne rash.
Contraindications
Contraindication to use of Sinnerite is existence of hypersensitivity to drug components.
Route of administration and dosage
Sinnerite is applied outwardly.
The prepared Sinnerite solution, using the enclosed applicator, it is necessary to apply with a thin layer 2 times a day (in the morning, before drawing a make-up, and after washing in the evening) on the struck skin sites. Apply Sinnerite with easy pressing, having inclined a bottle with the prepared solution down. Speed of putting solution can be regulated by force of pressing of the applicator skin.
Average single dose – 0,5 ml. After drying drug becomes invisible.
Duration of a therapeutic course – up to 10-12 weeks. Clinical improvement in some cases occurs in 14 days.
Side effects
During use of Sinnerite development of local reactions in the form of a xeroderma, irritation and burning sensation in a solution site of application is sometimes possible. As a rule, these phenomena are expressed poorly and performing symptomatic therapy and/or drug withdrawals do not demand.
Special instructions
During treatment it is necessary to consider a possibility of development of cross resistance to clindamycin, lincomycin and to other antibiotic drugs of group of macroleads.
It is necessary to avoid hit of Sinnerite in eyes or on a mucous membrane of an oral cavity and a nose as it can lead to irritation and a burn.
