Giperlizinemiya — the hereditary disease connected with defect of a semialdegidsintaza of aminoadipic acid and which is shown the increased lysine level in blood.
Giperlizinemiya's symptoms:
The disease is shown by vomiting attacks, muscular twitchings, spasms and the subsequent loss of consciousness (coma). In blood the increased content of ammonia which is defined by amount of protein in the food eaten the day before is found.
Giperlizinemiya's reasons:
Insufficiency of the enzyme (AD-oksireduktazy) transforming amino acid a lysine is a cause of illness.
Giperlizinemiya's treatment:
The diet with low protein content which should not exceed 1,5 g on 1 kg of body weight is appointed. It is known that the disease does not develop if the quantity of a lysine in food stuffs does not exceed 100 mg/kg. By means of special tables the menu layout for every day which such products as potatoes and carrots — on 200 g, 3% rice flour — 100 g, ovalbumin — 50 g, cream — 100 g, bananas — 50 g, a dextrin maltose — 30 g enter is formed.
Special mix from wheat flour, a gluten, soy and sunflower oils, starch, a dextrin maltose, vitamins and salts is applied.
