The seminoma represents a small egg tumor most of which often has malignant character.
Symptoms of the Tumour of a small egg (Seminoma):
At the very beginning of a disease the seminoma has not an effect in any way. As a rule, men independently find consolidation existence in any small egg. The struck small egg quickly increases in sizes, at a tension causes severe pain. The seminoma is not the reason of morbidity, pain is shown after affection by a tumor of a seed cord. After that the small egg is strongly condensed and deformed. Liquid begins to gather on the following stage of development of a seminoma in a scrotum, deforming generative organs even stronger. At a cryptorchism the Seminoma can be found palpation in the channel of a groin. In this place it condensed also hurts. If the seminoma arose on condition of finding of a small egg in a stomach cavity, then it can reach very impressive sizes and occupy more than a half of all cavity of a stomach.
While the seminoma does not overstep the bounds of a scrotum, at the man disease symptoms are not shown. Though the problem with sexual excitement in certain cases can be observed, increase in a breast is very seldom noted.
Reasons of the Tumour of a small egg (Seminoma):
In emergence of a seminoma of testicles allocate two provocative moments. The first moment is a cryptorchism, or not descent of testis in a scrotum cavity. Practically at a quarter of all patients with a seminoma this anomaly is observed.
The second moment provoking development of a seminoma is an atrophy of a small egg and disturbance of a hormonal background in a male body which belong to an atrophy.
Aged up to ten years the seminoma can develop because of too big production of hormones of androgens. This phenomenon demonstrates too bystry puberty. At children's age the seminoma is observed extremely infrequently.
Treatment of the Tumour of a small egg (Seminoma):
Therapy of seminomas of malignant character is a surgical intervention. Operation on removal of the struck small egg is performed. In absolute majority of cases of this operation is enough for a solution with a tumor. Sometimes it is required to eliminate all seed cord. If at lymph nodes there are metastasises, then surgical intervention on a limfadenektomiya is carried out.
Radiation is applied also to elimination of metastasises, in particular in the form of beam impact on a conglomerate of lymph nodes if they are not subject to removal.
Quite often the chemotherapy, especially, is applied to a solution with a seminoma if the tumor of a small egg has malignant character.
