Description:
The word "syndrome" means a complex of the symptoms characterizing a certain disease. In 1947 Steinbrocker described this syndrome as disease state of a shoulder and a brush of neither a traumatic, nor a cordial origin.
Syndrome symptoms "shoulder hand":
Now include in this syndrome also such states which are caused by an injury of an extremity or some pulmonary { G. Pavlov, V. Bosnev, 1962), heart and other diseases of internals. Failure of the autonomic nervous system at this syndrome is especially accurately expressed (V. Bosnev, 1972). The symptomatology most often begins with manifestations in a shoulder. The pains irradiating to a shovel, a neck and down an extremity are characteristic. Damage covers also soon a brush whereas the area of an elbow remains spared. There is hypostasis of a palm and fingers, skin becomes pale cyanotic, sweating increases. The symptomatology is very similar to a clinical picture at Zudek's syndrome. Sometimes patients begin to show complaints to pains in a brush, and then and in a shoulder. It is difficult to distinguish such states from Zudek's syndrome. A shoulder hand pains at night and numbness, being expression of vegetative disturbances are typical for a syndrome.
Syndrome reasons "shoulder hand":
The broken neurovascular mechanism in combination with limited mobility and trophic disturbances in the damaged areas is found.
