General characteristics. Structure:

Active ingredient: 1 capsule contains the granulated coal activated 0,25g (250 mg); Excipients: gelatin, gland oxide black, brilliant black.

Pharmacological properties:

Drug for a detoxication. Connects toxic connections ekzo-and an endogenous origin at household poisonings, poisonings with products of industrial production and low-quality food in a gleam of intestines and brings them out of an organism. Thanks to the adsorptive properties turns highly toxic connections in less toxic and non-toxic, increasing the speed of removal from an organism of products of peroxide oxidation of the lipids exerting the damaging impact on it. Сорбекс is the granulated absorbent carbon, the size of granules 0,02-0,63mm, at the expense of the bigger adsorbing surface it has longer and expressed action. It is effective within 1.5-2 days and is completely brought out of an organism with a fecal masses. In the course of a passage on intestines it is not soaked up, does not get out of its limits and does not break a microbiocenosis, conforms to standards which are shown to modern sorbents: highly effective, high-speed, safe at the correct use and convenient.

Indications to use:

At food and industrial poisonings, disturbance of a diet, excessive alcohol intake; in a food allowance in case of unfavorable ecological conditions, action of adverse production agents, hit in an organism of a large amount of toxic substances, poisons, overdose of medicines; for ensuring normal functioning of a liver and kidneys, heart, a pulmonary and nervous system, at treatment of allergic reactions, oncological diseases, infectious diseases; at change of usual food during trips on rest, at consumption of the contaminated food and water, at the increased cholesterol level in blood, as auxiliary therapy.

Route of administration and doses:

Depending on weight of poisoning from one to three capsules for or in one or one and a half hours after reception of food. If necessary to repeat reception of capsules. Adults: depending on weight of a state on 2-4 capsules three times a day. Children of 7-14 years: on 1-2 capsule three times a day. To children up to 7 years to apply only in case of appointment of the doctor. The maximum single dose makes 8 capsules. Duration of use can make from 3 to 15 days.

Features of use:

There are no data on a negative impact of medicine of Sorbeks during pregnancy.

Side effects:

In case of long use of drug (up to 15 days) there can be a disturbance of motility of intestines which is shown diarrhea or a lock and demanding the termination of therapy and purpose of a symptomatic treatment. The disturbance of process of absorption in an intestines gleam leading to a hypovitaminosis, a hypoproteinemia and a dislipidemiya which demands medicamentous correction is also possible.

Interaction with other medicines:

At the expense of the big adsorbing surface at reception together with other medicines can reduce their activity.

Contraindications:

Individual intolerance of drug, ulcer and erosion of a stomach and duodenum in a stage of an aggravation, digestive tract bleeding, intestinal impassability.

Overdose:

Emergence of dispepsichesky frustration (nausea, meteorism, lock) in case of exceeding of the maximum single dose is possible.

Storage conditions:

To store in the dry place, separately from emitting gases and vapors of substances, at a temperature from 0 to 30 degrees Celsius, avoiding hit of direct sunshine. To protect from children.

Period of validity - 3 years from the moment of production.
