Morenazal

General characteristics. Structure:

Active agent: sea salt (in terms of dry matter) - 1,08 g.

Excipients: water for injections - to 100 ml.
Solution contains:

Sodium             not less than 2,5 mg/ml
Magnesium             not less than 0,35 mg/ml
Calcium             not less than 0,008 mg/ml
Potassium               not less than 0,10 mg/ml
Hydrocarbonates not less than 0,03 mg/ml.

Pharmacological properties:

Morenazal - the isotonic sterile solution of natural sea salt in water for injections applied in the form of drops in a nose (nasal drops) and containing natural minerals and microelements.
Morenazal promotes maintenance of a normal physiological condition of a mucous membrane of a nasal cavity, fluidifying of slime and normalization of its education in scyphoid cells of a mucous membrane.
The microelements which are a part of drug have antiinflammatory effect, stimulate recovery process, improve function of a ciliary epithelium that increases resistance of a mucous membrane of a nasal cavity to disease-producing bacteria and viruses, promotes its clarification.
At allergic and vasculomotor rhinitises drug promotes washing off and removal of allergens and haptens from a mucous membrane of a nose, to reduction of local inflammatory process.
Morenazal applied with the hygienic purposes promotes clarification mucous from the street and room dust which accumulated on it.

Indications to use:

Adenoides, acute, allergic, vasculomotor rhinitis, chronic diseases of a nasal cavity, nasopharynx, adnexal bosoms of a nose, including followed by dryness of a mucous membrane of a nasal cavity.
Prevention of infections of a nasal cavity during the autumn and winter period, at change of climatic conditions (the room with air conditioning and/or central heating), availability of the contaminated atmospheric air (smokers, drivers of motor transport, hot and dusty workshops).
Preparation for introduction to a nasal cavity of other medicines (for improvement of their absorption).
Washing of wounds of a nasal cavity and adnexal bosoms of a nose before operative measures.
Hygienic procedures of a nasal cavity.

Route of administration and doses:

Intranazalno (in the nasal courses).
Drops Morenazal are intended for children of early age (up to 6 years), including also children till 1 year, but their use and for children of more advanced age is possible.
Patients can appoint more senior than 1 year Morenazal spray nasal.
With the medical purpose
Drops nasal Morenazal are appointed to children till 1 year 1-3 times a day on 1 - 2 drops in each nasal course; to children from 1 year to 7 years — 4 times a day on 2 drops in each nasal course; children are from 7 to 16 years old — 4-6 times a day on 2 drops in each nasal course; the adult — 4-8 times a day on 2-3 drops in each nasal course.
The course of treatment makes 2-4 weeks. It is recommended to repeat a course of treatment in a month.
With the hygienic purpose
For a softening and removal of allocations from a nose - drops dig in in each nasal course in necessary quantity, deleting the rest of the liquid following from a nose a kerchief or by means of cotton wool. The procedure can be repeated repeatedly until the allocations which accumulated in nasal pass are not softened and removed.
At children till 1 year it is recommended to carry out a toilet of a mucous membrane of a nasal cavity for safety of its physiological characteristics in the form of an instillation of drops Morenazal 2-3 times a day on 1-2 drops to each nasal course.

Features of use:

Perhaps simultaneous use of other medicines at treatment of rhinitises.

Side effects:

Allergic reactions are possible.

Interaction with other medicines:

As drug does not make system impact on an organism, interaction with other medicines is noted.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity.

Overdose:

So far about cases of overdose of drug it was not reported.

Storage conditions:

In the place protected from light at a temperature not above 25 °C.
To store in the places unavailable to children.
