General characteristics. Structure:

Excipients: sodium chloride – 1 g; water for injections – 1000 ml
Description
Transparent colourless liquid without foreign inclusions.

Pharmacological properties:

Drug activates cellular and humoral immunity. Optimizes specific reactions against a fungal, viral and bacterial infection. Drug stimulates reparative and regenerator processes, normalizes a condition of fabrics and bodies at dystrophies of a vascular origin. Derinat promotes healing of trophic ulcers of various etiology. Derinat promotes bystry healing of deep burns, considerably accelerating dynamics of epithelization. At recovery of ulcer educations on mucous under the influence of Derinat there is a bezrubtsovy recovery. Drug does not possess teratogenic and cancerogenic actions.

Pharmacokinetics. Derinat at topical administration is quickly soaked up and distributed in bodies and fabrics with participation of an endolymphatic way of transport. In a phase of intensive intake of drug in blood there is a redistribution between plasma and uniform elements of blood, to metabolism and removal. Derinat is metabolized in an organism. It is excreted from an organism (in the form of metabolites) partially with a stake, and, more, with urine on bieksponentsialny dependence.

Indications to use:

Monotherapy:
- acute respiratory diseases (ARD);
- prevention and treatment of the acute respiratory viral infections (ARVI);
- ophthalmology: inflammatory and dystrophic processes;
- inflammatory diseases of mucous membranes of an oral cavity;
Complex therapy:
- chronic inflammatory diseases, fungal, bacterial and other infections mucous in gynecology;
- acute and chronic diseases of upper respiratory tracts (rhinitis, sinusitis, antritis, frontal sinusitis);
- obliterating diseases of the lower extremities;
- trophic ulcers, it is long not healing and contaminated wounds (including at a diabetes mellitus);
- gangrene;
- burns, frostbites;
- hemorrhoids;
- post-beam necroses of skin and mucous.

Route of administration and doses:

Drug is appointed to children from the first day of life and the adult. For prevention of a SARS dig in in a nose 2 drops in each nasal course 2-4 times a day within 1-2 weeks.
At manifestation of symptoms of "catarrhal diseases" drug is dug in in a nose on 2-3 drops in each nasal course every 1-1,5 hour, within the first days; further – on 2-3 drops in each nasal course 3-4 times a day, course duration – 1 month.
At inflammatory diseases of a nasal cavity and adnexal bosoms, drug is dug in on 3-5 drops in each nasal course of 4-6 times a day. Course duration – 7-15 days.
At diseases of a mucous oral cavity make rinsing by drug of 4-6 times a day (1 bottle 1-2 rinsing). Duration of a course of treatment is 5-10 days.
At chronic inflammatory diseases, fungal, bacterial and other infections in gynecology – intra vaginal introduction with irrigation of a neck of uterus or intra vaginal introduction of tampons with drug, on 5 ml on the procedure, 1-2 times a day, within 10-14 days.
At hemorrhoids drug is appointed in the form of microclysters in a rectum on 15-40 ml. Duration of a course of treatment is 4-10 days.
At heavy inflammatory and dystrophic processes in ophthalmology – Derinat dig in in eyes 2-3 times a day 1-2 drops, within 14-45 days.
At obliterating diseases of the lower extremities drug is dug in in a nose on
1-2 drops in each nasal course of the 6th time a day, duration of a course are up to 6 months.
At post-beam necroses of skin and mucous membranes, at it is long not healing wounds, burns, frostbites, trophic ulcers of various etiology, gangrenes on the struck places 3-4 times during the day apply application bandages (a gauze in two layers) with putting drug it or carry out processing of the struck surface by drug from the sprayer of 4-5 times a day on 10 – 40 ml (a course of treatment – 1-3 months).

Side effects:

At sphacelisms under the influence of drug spontaneous sloughing in the rejection centers with recovery of an integument is noted. At open wounds and burns analgeziruyushchy action is observed.

Interaction with other medicines:

At topical administration it is not compatible to ointments on a fatty basis and hydrogen peroxide.

Contraindications:

Individual intolerance.

Storage conditions:

Period of validity of 5 years. Not to use after the period of validity specified on packaging.

In the place protected from light at a temperature from + 4 °C to + 20 °C. To use contents of the opened bottle within two weeks. To store in the place, unavailable to children.
