General characteristics. Structure:

Active ingredients: 22 mg of Cor suis D8, Hepar suis D8, 22 mg of Crataegus D6, 22 mg of Arnica montana D4, 22 mg of Strychnosignatii D6, 22 mg of Acidum arsenicosum D8, 22 mg of Ouabainum (g-Strophanthinum) D8, 22 mg of Ranunculus bulbosus D6, 22 mg of Selenice reus grandiflorus D3, 22 mg of NitroglycerinumD4, 22 mg of Kalium carbonicum D4, 22 mg of Kalmia latifolia D4, 22 mg of Spigelia anthelmia D10, 22 mg of Carbo vegetabilis D18, 22 mg of Acidum a-ketoglutaricum D8, 22 mg of Acidum fumaricum D8, 22 mg of Acidum DL malicum D8, 22 mg of Acidum sarcolacticum D6, 22 mg of Natrium diethyloxalaceticum D8 in 2,2 ml of solution.

Excipients: sodium chloride, waters for injections.

Pharmacological properties:

Pharmacodynamics. Angioprotektornye's drug, antiarrhytmic, kardiotrofichno, cardiotonic, spasmolytic, hypotensive action.

Effect of drug is based on activation of protective forces of an organism and normalization of the broken functions at the expense of substances of plant, mineral and animal origin which are a part of drug.

Indications to use:

In complex treatment of coronary heart disease: at atherosclerosis of coronary vessels, a state after the postponed myocardial infarction; at heart failure, cardiac arrhythmia, an idiopathic hypertensia, a cardiomyopathy, cardiodystrophy, an endocarditis, stenocardia, a chronic rheumatic heart trouble, a myocardium hypertrophy, at emphysema of lungs, a pulmonary heart, disturbance of pulmonary blood circulation, an obliterating endarteritis, a gastrocardial syndrome.

Route of administration and doses:

Single dose: the adult - 1 ampoule on 2,2 ml. To apply in the form of intramuscular, hypodermic, intradermal, if necessary - intravenous (struyno and kapelno) injections, and also injections in acupuncture points 1-3 times a week. Orally accept, having dissolved a single dose in 5-10 ml of water, detaining for several seconds in a mouth.

Course of treatment - 4-6 weeks.

Features of use:

The question of expediency of use of drug during pregnancy and feeding by a breast is solved individually the doctor taking into account risk / advantage.

Children. Drug is not appointed to children. 

Features of use. Taking into account features of a course of a disease and a condition of the patient it is possible to change duration of a course of treatment and a route of administration.

Ability to influence speed of response at control of motor transport or work with other mechanisms. Unknown.

Side effects:

In rare instances there can be hypersensitivity reactions (before anaphylactic reaction). There can temporarily be a reddening, swelling and pain in the city of an injection.
