Angionorm

General characteristics. Structure:

Active component: extract dry (received from mix of medicinal vegetable raw materials – a hawthorn fruits, glycyrrhizas roots, a horse-chestnut seeds, a dogrose fruits with the maintenance of the sum of flavonoids in terms of авикулярин 0,50 mg) – 100 mg. 

Excipients: lactoses monohydrate – 57,00 mg, potato starch – 89,00 mg, cellulose microcrystallic – 1,00 mg, stearic acid – 3,0 mg. 

The cover received by a building method: sucrose – 141,10 mg, magnesium a hydroxycarbonate – 27,64 mg, silicon dioxide colloid – 2,20 mg, titanium dioxide – 2,70 mg, povidone low-molecular – 2,20 mg, talc – 1,90 mg, dye tropeolin-O – 0,06 mg. 

Mastic for glossing: beeswax – 0,10 mg, liquid paraffin – 0,10 mg.

Pharmacological properties:

АнгиоНорм® has the expressed anti-aggregation, antithrombocytic activity, angioprotektorny and antiinflammatory properties, has the venotoniziruyushchy and improving microcirculation effect, activates diuretic function of kidneys. 

АнгиоНорм® exerts impact on the general condition of an organism: increases physical effeciency, shows a stress - protective activity and moderate analgetic effect.

Indications to use:

As a part of complex therapy of the diseases which are followed by vascular disorders, such as increase in aggregation of thrombocytes (fibrinferment, a thromboembolism), disturbance of permeability of capillaries and microcirculation (fibrinferment of capillaries), disturbance of venous blood circulation (a varicosity, a posttrombotichesky syndrome, thrombophlebitises).

Route of administration and doses:

АнгиоНорм® accept inside on 1 tablet 3 times a day in 40 minutes after food. Duration of a course of treatment up to 3 weeks. Increase in a single dose of Angionorma® up to 2 tablets 3 times a day in case of good tolerance is possible. Need of carrying out a repeated course is defined by the doctor.

Features of use:

Use of drug does not exert impact on ability to control of motor transport and to occupation other potentially dangerous types of activity demanding the increased concentration of attention and speed of psychomotor reactions. 

Information for patients with a diabetes mellitus: one tablet contains 0,023 grain units (GU), in the maximum daily dose – 0,138 grain units (GU).

Side effects:

Allergic reactions, dispeptic frustration.

Interaction with other medicines:

Use of Angionorma® can be combined with other medicines: hypolipidemic, antiinflammatory, anesthetics, antibiotics, anticoagulants of direct and indirect action.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to drug components, a serious chronic illness of a liver, kidneys and digestive tract with disturbance of their functions. Insufficiency of lactase, a lactose intolerance, deficit of invertase/isomaltase, intolerance of fructose, glyukozo-galaktozny malabsorption (because of availability of lactose and sucrose). 

Purpose of drug is not recommended to children aged up to 18 years, at pregnancy and during breastfeeding due to the lack of data on safety of a clinical use.

Overdose:

At prolonged use of Angionorma® in the doses exceeding the recommended daily dose strengthening of degree of manifestation of dozozavisimy side effects is possible. Symptomatic treatment.

Storage conditions:

In the dry, protected from light place, at a temperature from 15 °C to 25 °C.

Tablets on 100 mg, coated. 

On 10 tablets in a blister strip packaging from a film of the polyvinyl chloride and printing aluminum foil varnished or papers packaging with a polyethylene covering. 

On 30 tablets in banks of light-protective glass, or in banks polymeric, or in cases from polymeric materials. 

Each can, each case, on 1, 2 or 3 blister strip packagings together with the application instruction place in a pack from a cardboard.
